Data Deletion

You can ask OPESI MANSION LTD to delete personal information associated with a website enquiry, newsletter signup, order, or WhatsApp conversation. Our staff review these requests; submitting a request does not automatically erase records.

Send a deletion request

  1. Email hello@opesimansion.com with the subject “Personal data deletion request”. Where possible, use the email address associated with your enquiry or order.
  2. Tell us which records you want deleted. Include the email address you used, your WhatsApp number with country code for messaging records, and an order reference if relevant.
  3. We may ask for limited information to verify the request. Do not send passwords, card details, payment PINs, or identity documents unless we explain why a specific verification step is necessary and how to provide it securely.

What happens next

We review the request and respond within the period required by applicable law. We will explain the outcome and any information that cannot be deleted because it is needed for a legal obligation, accounting record, unresolved transaction, dispute, or legal claim. Where a request concerns a service provider processing information for us, we will address the relevant provider-held records as part of our response.

Deleting records held by us does not automatically delete messages on your own device or information Meta, WhatsApp, Paystack, or another provider holds for its own purposes. Those providers have their own privacy controls and request processes.

Stop messages or clear saved website data

If you only want to stop launch updates or withdraw consent for optional WhatsApp confirmations, say so in your email. You do not need to request deletion of your entire order history.

You can remove the website's saved theme, cart, and checkout information using your browser's site-data controls. Clearing this storage does not delete records on our servers and may remove access to locally saved order receipts.
